BooksLedgers provides digital and service-based bookkeeping assistance.

Due to the nature of services performed, refunds are handled according to the terms below.

2. Before Work Begins

Clients may request cancellation before work begins.

If payment has been received and no work has started, a full refund may be issued.

3. After Work Begins

Once services have commenced, refunds are generally not available for completed work, time spent, consultations, reviews, reconciliations, record maintenance, or other delivered services.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.

5. Service Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to review concerns and determine an appropriate resolution.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the payment provider.
